NEW YORK, NY - MARCH 10, 2005- American Bible Society
was recently honored by Microsoft Dynamics, a leading provider
of integrated business applications, with a 2005 Pinnacle
Award for outstanding business achievements. American
Bible Society received recognition for its Pinnacle
Award for Overall Excellence at Convergence 2005, the annual
Microsoft Dynamics customer conference.
The Pinnacle Awards, established in 1997, are presented
yearly and recognize Microsoft Dynamics customers that have
achieved notable accomplishments with their Microsoft Dynamics
applications. Microsoft Dynamics customers, partners and
team members contributed Pinnacle Award nominations.
The 2005 Pinnacle Awards were presented in eight categories:
Customer Service, Education, Evangelism, Fast Track, Financial
Reporting and Budgeting, Innovation, Teamwork and Overall
Excellence.
American Bible Society was selected for the Overall
Excellence Award because it demonstrates excellence across
multiple award categories and demonstrates superior education,
teamwork, customer service, evangelism, innovation and financial
reporting and budgeting.
"We at the American Bible Society are honored to receive
the 2005 Overall Pinnacle Award. It recognizes our ability,
over nearly 190 years, to be on the cutting edge of new
thinking and ingenuity. To be recognized in this special
way, as a religious non-profit, is great motivation to continue
that kind of forward thinking and we are encouraged by this
recognition," said, Nick Garbidakis, Chief Technology Officer
for American Bible Society.
American Bible Society works with Microsoft Certified
Business Solutions reselling partner InterDyn AKA
headquartered in New York City. "I could not imagine a customer
more deserving than ABS to win this award. They won this
top honor because their customer story was so compelling
in multiple areas--customer service, technological innovation,
teamwork, and dedication to the Microsoft brand. Our hope
is that many other organizations will emulate the example
of the American Bible Society and achieve remarkable success
through their implementation of Microsoft solutions," said
Co-CEO of InterDyn AKA, Jack Ades.
