New Delhi, INDIA – Feb 27, 2008— Cipher Dynamics IT Services (Pvt.) Ltd., a Microsoft Dynamics™ IT-enabled services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services Company officially announced the launch of its operations in India today.
