InterDyn AKA is a trusted Microsoft go to partner. Managing Directors, Jack Ades and Alan Kahn participate on the Microsoft Business Solutions US Partner Advisory Council, the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference Partner Advisory Council, the Convergence Partner Advisory Council and the Microsoft Dynamics Financial Partner Advisory Board that helps develop Microsoft Dynamics next generation product strategy. Alan Kahn is the Managing Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of InterDyn AKA. Mr. Kahn brings over 20 years' experience in professional consulting and management to InterDyn AKA where his main focus lies in developing long-term relationships with partners and clients. In addition, Mr. Kahn oversees aspects of business operations including sales and marketing, business development and strategic planning.

Mr. Kahn is also President of InterDyn, the international umbrella organization made up of more than 35 locations worldwide. With more than 500 certified professionals in locations around the world, InterDyn supports over 3,500 customers and is recognized as one of the largest, most comprehensive, and most experienced Microsoft Dynamics partners. As President of InterDyn, Mr. Kahn focuses on making strategic business decisions for the organization and developing long-term relationships.

Prior to forming InterDyn AKA, Mr. Kahn was the founder and president of AKA Consulting Services, Inc., a company specializing in business process analysis, software selection, strategic management consulting, and financial re-organization. Before founding AKA Consulting Services, Mr. Kahn spent five years in a strategic management role with a mid-sized distribution company. Mr. Kahn began his career with Arthur Andersen as a member of the audit and consulting groups.

Mr. Kahn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and the International Technology Association (ITA ). He is an active contributor on Microsoft Advisory Councils and has been recognized by Microsoft for his significant contributions, having been awarded with their coveted Eagle Award in 2001 and 2005. Mr. Kahn also serves as an industry expert for several industry journals and trade publications and is often quoted in The Wall Street Journal.

Jack Ades is the Managing Partner and co-Chief Executive Officer of InterDyn AKA. With twenty years of business and technology consulting experience, he oversees the professional services and operations areas of the company, building the team with quality talent and guiding methodologies and policies. Mr. Ades ensures that InterDyn AKA is delivering projects successfully throughout its multiple practices and satisfying clients through positive, long term relationships.

Prior to forming InterDyn AKA, Mr. Ades founded Vision Computer Systems, which specialized in selling and implementing business applications to small and mid-sized companies. Vision Computer Systems, servicing over 200 clients throughout its 8 year journey, focused on providing the most powerful business management solutions available in the mid-market. Mr. Ades has 22 years of experience in the PC-based financial and accounting applications market, watching this sector grow and evolve since its inception.

Mr. Ades holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He speaks at local and national business and software conferences and serves on multiple advisory councils at Microsoft. He has twice been awarded the coveted Eagle Award in 2001 and 2005 by Microsoft for his valued partnership and contributions to the business information technology industry.
