Inside Sales Professional Description

General Function:

Effectively utilize the InterDyn AKA inside sales process to nurture prospects, sell value and solutions to a group of assigned accounts. Research company information on company-provided leads; prepare for each call and meet established outbound call and decision maker meeting quotas. Build customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly, lead targets and pipeline impact goals

• Use databases, industry lists or prospecting lists to identify potential customers.

• Develop strategic sales plans for prospects that include:

o Work with Marketing to execute demand generation strategies

o Forecast opportunity revenue and track lead to opportunity conversions

o Develop key contacts and business relationships with influential individuals and high level decision makers

• Identify prospect pain points and effectively articulate how InterDyn AKA solutions meet customer product solutions needs.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of InterDyn AKA solution offerings and competitive products to communicate the benefits and advantages and handle customer objections and concerns

• Meet established outbound call and decision maker meeting quotas by utilizing a thorough pre-call planning process

• Build customer relationships through various contact methodologies in order to convert prospects to customers and manage on-going relationships

Minimum Knowledge and Abilities Required:

• Two plus years demonstrated direct sales record with high level of overachievement

• Deep understanding of strategic selling and value selling

• In depth industry knowledge and the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of InterDyn AKA products and services.

• Strong business prospecting skills and new business generation skills including cold calling, networking and presenting.

• Ability to effectively manage an opportunity funnel, qualify prospects and nurture qualified opportunities through the pipeline and transition to outside sales group.

• Strong time management, organizational and forecasting skills.

• Must have positive attitude, be flexible, self-motivated, confident and able to interact with various levels of prospects and customers

• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the internet.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• May travel occasionally to set up and attend trade show booths.
