Consultants:

• ERP and CRM Application Consultants—These members of our team are deeply knowledgeable about the Dynamics GP, AX and CRM products we implement. Their tasks include analyzing clients’ business processes, configuring our products to their requirements, and deploying the solutions out to the many individuals at our client sites who will utilize them every day.

• Technical Consultants—Individuals that specialize in installation, data migration, and interconnectivity between our solutions and the other systems at our client sites. Their in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of our products is highly valuable, enabling our clients to input data automatically into their systems and enable management to make important decisions through valuable business intelligence data.

• Project Managers—The ultimate success of our projects hinges upon our best practices methodology and the exceptional skills of our Project Managers. These resources oversee all of the resources and tasks of our implementations, assuring that we deliver on time, under budget, and to our clients’ objectives.

• Software Developers—Many of our clients have special functionality requirements, and one of our greatest strengths is the ability to tailor our products to fit to those needs. Our software developers are skilled in .Net Development, SQL, InfoPath, and other Microsoft development tools, enabling us to provide cost effective customized solutions.

Sales Professionals:

• Account Executives—These very knowledgeable professionals are responsible for turning qualified prospects into clients by demonstrating a strong fit between our products and the prospects’ needs. Account Executives initiate many of our client relationships, coordinating resources and communications throughout the sales process, and continuing to maintaining strong contacts to ensure long term customer satisfaction.

• Account Managers—Focusing exclusively on our existing customer base, Account Managers communicate constantly with our clients to inform and educate them on product updates and new opportunities to improve their business systems. These vital team members embody our mission statement every day—to provide superior business solutions and perpetuate long term, positive relationships.

• Inside Sales Professionals—A vital component to building our client base, these individuals follow up with and maintain ongoing contact with those companies that have expressed interest in our solutions. Our organization hires some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in our field. However, we have an excellent training and mentoring program and are interested in meeting individuals with less experience but who possess technical, accounting, or sales backgrounds and desire to enter into this exciting and growing field.
